Our Multi-Disciplinary Team
Our team consists of a couple of graphic artists, many senior and junior programmers, quality assurance personnel, a project manager, a Search Engine Optimization / Marketing expert, and dedicated client service representatives. We believe it takes a united team of people with diverse talents and backgrounds -- instead of a one-man-shop -- to offer top-notch quality. The backgrounds of some of the members of our team include computer security, newspaper and print media, software engineering, a former Google employee, etc. All of our employees are educated, experienced and ready to deliver quality work.
Our Culture
Websites For Quilters' team members add to its unique client-oriented culture. For example, we refer to those we do business with as "clients" instead of "customers", because we believe a "client" is someone who is under our care, not merely purchasing our products and services.
Another aspect of our culture is bottom-up idea flow. We believe our clients and team members who are "in the trenches" every day are the greatest source for new innovations. We actively elicit and implement these ideas.
