Our Mission

Danemco started when its founders recognized a need for great website service. Danemco's vision is to be a reliable, capable, and personable team committed to your success. We acknowledge that our future largely depends on the success of our clients' businesses.

Our Multi-Disciplinary Team

Our team consists of a couple of graphic artists, many senior and junior programmers, quality assurance personnel, a project manager, a Search Engine Optimization / Marketing expert, and dedicated client service representatives. We believe it takes a united team of people with diverse talents and backgrounds -- instead of a one-man-shop -- to offer top-notch quality. The backgrounds of some of the members of our team include computer security, newspaper and print media, software engineering, a former Google employee, etc.

Our People

	If you have called our office, chances are you have spoken to Nikki. Nikki Yoder has her design certificate from Dixie State College. Nikki not only takes care of client education, billing, and helps you with your website development process, she is very good (and quick!) at Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools. Her hobbies are graphic design, rock climbing, tenis, and traditional art.
	Nolan Bradshaw comes from many service industries, giving him plenty of opportunity to fine tune his client service skills. Nolan is a web developer and is an expert at HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Nolan is also an expert online marketer. He spends his free time surfing garage sales looking for things to sell on eBay.
	Kevin Phillips (aka Big Train) has many years of software development experience. He has worked for a number of startups as well and understands first-hand what business owners need. He has a degree in computer science and is very proficient in the programming languages we use here at Danemco. Kevin's hobbies are programming, programming, and more programming (regardless of the hour of the day or night). His latest hobby is programming for mobile phones.
	John Leith has his degree in Computer Information Systems. He is a genius at solving difficult programming challenges. He has an amazing ability to take complex problems and break them down into simple solutions. He is an excellent programmer with many years of web development. He's also very friendly. John likes to, well, program in his spare time. His eyes glow when he sees chocolate.
	Dan Purcell has a degree in Computer Science. His background includes computer security and website development. He manages web development projects and puts out fires. In his spare time, Dan enjoys playing with his children, being outdoors, and reading business books.
Picture Coming Soon!	John Nixon has his degree in Computer Science. He has been programming since age 6 on his family's Commodore 64. He has been developing websites actively for more than ten years. Before working at Danemco, John programmed impressive website systems for the city's local newspaper. John is an avid ice hockey player. His team won the area's championships this year.

Our Culture

Danemco's team members add to its unique client-oriented culture. For example, we refer to those we do business with as "clients" instead of "customers", because we believe a "client" is someone who is under our care, not merely purchasing our products and services.

Another aspect of our culture is bottom-up idea flow. We believe our clients and team members who are "in the trenches" every day are the greatest source for new innovations. We actively elicit and implement these ideas.
